Innovation and green products

XINGDA proactively promotes the R&D of greener products with lower carbon emissions. We consistently improve green solutions to provide clients with low-carbon and environment-friendly steel cord products, facilitate the green transformation of the industry chain for automobile tires, and create value for both the Company and society as a whole.

Circular economy

Steel recycling

Steel is the primary raw material used in our production. Increasing the proportion of recycled steel can help consume fewer resources and reduce environmental impacts. Upholding the principle of “reduce, reuse and recycle”, XINGDA has set a target to raise the proportion of recycled steel to 40% by 2030.

Water recycling

We’ve taken a series of effective water saving initiatives to reduce water waste during production, such as water recycling, deployment of water-saving equipment, and regular equipment maintenance.

Reuse of packing materials

The packing materials we use include spools, dividers, plastic pallets, cartons, plastic bags, desiccants and packing straps. The Company strives to maximize the recycling potential of packing materials. In 2022, the Company’s recycling rate of main packing materials exceeded 84%.
